"400 Conejos Cuishe Oaxaca Espad’n Mezcal Artesanal Joven is created in the small towns of Tlacolula and Miahuatl‡n, in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The carefully selected Espad’n and Cuishe agaves are harvested and then cooked in traditional cone-shaped wood ovens.

This award-winning artisanal mezcal is made in Oaxaca from the espad’n and cuishe agaves. It's cooked in a traditional cone-shaped wood oven, which imparts a smoky flavor and texture. Once fermented, the spirit is hand-bottled at its peak."
